Why not just use a website builder for €12 a month?
Because there, your time is the real price. A website builder gives you the tool, not the result: you write the texts, you find the images, you keep the legal notice and privacy policy up to date, you notice when the site goes down. With us, the site is finished the first time you see it — and it stays maintained without you ever logging in.
Who owns the domain?
You. It is registered in your business's name, not ours. If you cancel, you take it with you — no negotiation and no buy-back.
What happens if I cancel?
The site goes offline and you receive everything: pages, texts, images. Nothing stays locked away with us. There is no minimum term: you cancel with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
What is the founding price?
The first five businesses pay the founding price for the build: Standard €1,490 instead of €1,790, Premium €2,490 instead of €2,990, Cinematic €4,900 instead of €5,900. From the sixth order, regular prices apply. The care plan costs the same for everyone.
What does a change cost?
Nothing, as long as it's a routine change: texts, prices, photos, opening hours, staff. That is included in the monthly care plan. A completely new subpage costs €90 — and we tell you beforehand, not afterwards on the invoice.
How long does it take?
Standard three to five working days, Premium five to seven, Cinematic seven to ten — the film needs the extra time. Counted from the day your texts and images are complete; in practice, that is what most often holds things up.
What do I need to provide?
Details about your business, services, opening hours, contact details and images, if you have any. If there are no images, we work with specially generated visuals until your own photos arrive. We write the texts, you approve them.
Why a monthly fee?
Because a website isn't a piece of furniture. The monthly price covers hosting, the certificate, a backup of every version, uptime monitoring, the mailbox and two change requests a month. A site without care is a risk after two years, not a showpiece.
Will the site be found on Google?
We lay the foundation: clean structure, sensible page titles, correct markup and consistent details for your Google Business Profile. Anyone who wants to rank first for a competitive term needs ongoing work on top of that — that's a separate matter, not a promise we make in passing.
Is VAT shown on the invoice?
Not at the moment. Our prices are net prices; as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we currently charge no VAT, so exactly this amount appears on the invoice. If that changes, we will tell you in writing beforehand. For businesses based in another EU country, the reverse charge applies: you give us your VAT identification number, the invoice shows no VAT, and you account for it yourself in your own country.
